For a long time, I knew what it was like to be self-aware and still stuck. To name my patterns and find myself living inside them anyway. To understand myself on paper and still feel unclear in the moment.

What changed everything wasn't more insight. It was finally having a way to work with how I was actually built.

My work brings together Human Design, the Gene Keys, and years of learning how to listen beneath what people say they're struggling with. In a session, we look at how you move, decide, relate, and return to trust. Your chart gives us language. Your lived experience gives us the truth.

Sessions are unhurried. I care about what you actually leave with.

Before this work became my business, my path moved through military service, motherhood, identity shifts, and my own long process of learning how to stop overriding what I knew.

I've lived in the real world. I know what pressure, change, and uncertainty can ask of a person. And I know that deeper insight only matters if it helps you live differently in the life you actually have.

The women who find their way here are capable, reflective, and carrying more than they let on. They don't need more advice. They need language for what they've been living — and when they finally have it, something settles.

This work is for the woman who doesn't need to become someone else. She needs a clearer way to hear herself again.
